The Pono Traveler program is a non-profit community initiative designed to educate guests on how to follow the Hawaiian Pono visitor protocol.​ In addition, Pono Guests are helping to Re-Imagine Hawaiʻi tourism.
A communication network for providing targeted travel and safety information to
the Hawai’i
tourist audience.

A percentage of all NET proceeds from the Pono Guest Program will be reinvested back into Hawaiʻi to benefit the community in the form of loans, grants, and scholarships.
The Pono Guide is the mobile
digital platform that helps The Pono Guest navigate
HawaiʻiI for the
most enjoyable
guest experience
possible.
The Pono Pledge educates the Pono Guest as to the proper behavior and safety measures that should be applied as a guest in
Hawaiʻi.
The Pass is sent to the
the guest's mobile device when they sign the Pono Pledge. Their confirmation number activates the Pono PASS for the number of days that they are in Hawaiʻi.
